Hardik Pandya bowls a long over against New Zealand, 4th ODI

In the first three matches of the series Hardik Pandya did a good job with the ball. He bowled with a very decent line and length. He attacked the New Zealand batting line and as a result he took a good number of wickets for his side.

Today that did not happen. The New Zealand openers attacked the Indian bowlers straight away. Guptill finally found his touch back in the series. He was a continues fail for the New Zealand side despite having a good record in the ODI format.

Guptill took the new ball advantage and hit some stunning shots. He timed his shots perfectly. Some of them flew down to deep third man for boundaries. New Zealand batting was sensational but only at the start and in the middle overs.

Pandya today bowled a very long over under pressure. The way the New Zealand openers were batting. It was becoming really hard for any Indian bowler to contain then. The bowling was wavered from the medium fast bowler today.

In this over the Indian bowler find it tough to hit the ball on the ideal line and length. Pandya bowled a lot of wides in the over. He was not getting any rhythm in his bowling. He was hit for the boundaries’ as well in this over.

New Zealand have been batting well but we have seen that they fail to finish good. The same thing happened again. Their first four batsmen did well and scored some good number of runs. After that Indian bowlers made a comeback and took wickets at regular interval. That helped the home side get New Zealand to make just 260 runs. The Indian bowling did well at the end but their batting flattened today. They could not reach the target thanks to some well disciplined bowling from the New Zealand side.
